To apply for membership or make a payment using your credit card, please choose the Membership Type below. We use the PayPal Merchant System for our Credit Card Processing. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

You can either enter your Paypal account information or choose I don't have a Paypal account.  

Please fill in all the information.  All major credit cards are accepted.

If you prefer not to use your credit card and wish to pay by check or money order, please send an email to: Moreinfo@fasp.net to receive an application.
