To apply for membership or make a payment using your credit card, please fill-in the form below. We use the PayPal Merchant System for our Credit Card Processing. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Once you've filled-in and reviewed your information, on the proceeding page, click the "PROCESS PAYMENT" button, and you will be transferred to PayPal's secure website, to enter your credit card information. All major credit cards are accepted.

If you prefer not to use your credit card and wish to pay by check or money order, please send an email to: Moreinfo@fasp.net to receive an application.
